Bets placed on excluded games or markets do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

moo777 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, and loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether moo777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
moo777 is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party payment providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), game studios, or data feed providers that result in delays, errors, or losses to the Member.
moo777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and personalized marketing communications (where you have opted in).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting moo777 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
moo777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, chargebacks, underage gambling, or for any other reason that moo777 determines to be in the interest of platform security and integrity.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by moo777 — all licenses granted to you under this Agreement are immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which moo777 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits moo777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
moo777 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.
